This week's topic was "Layers". I've whipped this one up very quickly, as I already had an image of it in my mind. An onion is a fairly obvious thing that comes to mind in relation to the topic, but I figured it may be an interesting subject to depict. It has so many textures and the translucent golden skins seem to form new hues as they overlap one another. Fascinating! (Although onions make me cry!)

Really? I don't think it looks like a peach. I normally draw peaches looking like baby bottoms! :) Maybe its because you prefer peaches to onions...
